Coordinator Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates medical care. Ensures all medical appointments are made and kept, and physicians orders and recommendations are followed. Necessary follow-up is completed. Medical visits are well documented.
- Responsible for Medical books and paperwork.
- Ensures that staff are properly administering medications and documenting correctly on the MAR.
- Make sure that the consumers diets are followed and that the appropriate groceries are in the home per dietician menus.
- Assist the manager with staff work schedules and provide shift coverage if needed.
- Monitor active treatment programs, body checks, and BSP data for accuracy and effectiveness.
- 24 hour on-call responsibilities.
Education: High School diploma and three-year’s experience in the field of developmental disabilities or an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience in the human services field, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field. Preferred experience should include Medical.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am – 4pm

Behavior Analyst
Responsibilities: Under the limited supervision of the Associate Director, the Behavior Analyst provides behavior support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, performs behavior assessments and analysis, trains staff in data collection and implementation of behavior support plans, works with staff, employers, the people supported and their families to develop behavior support plans and strategies, monitors for progress and revises when progress is not being made.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or related discipline. Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, as certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily weekdays.
Salary & Benefits: $60,000.00 annual salary. Benefits include, but are not limited to, State Health Plan insurance benefits, State Retirement Plan, paid holidays, required CEU’s and BCBA license renewals funded by the Laurens County DSN Board.

House Manager
Responsibilities: Under the general direction of the Residential Director, the House Manager is responsible for the consumers, the staff, and the home. The House Manager will provide the necessary support for the consumers, to include, health and safety, the implementation and monitoring of support plans, and daily training and documentation. The House Manager will manage direct support staff, staff schedules, staff training, grocery shopping, medical appointments, budgets, and maintenance needs.
Requirements: High School diploma and two-year’s experience in the field of developmental disabilities, preferably with at least one year of supervisory experience, or an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience in the human services field, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field. Preferred experience should include management/supervision.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily 1st shift, with 24hour on-call responsibility. Hours may be flexed as needed to accomplish job responsibilities.
Salary: $42,598.40 annual salary
