The SC DHEC and Ten at the Top - Upstate South Carolina Laurens County Health Data Walk, held last week was well attended and productive! Participants traveled between eight data stations to learn more details about health outcomes in Laurens County. We discussed the information shared and prioritized the focus areas to help guide efforts in the Laurens County Community Health Plan.
